1. NRFK services
NRFK provides technology services that may include web hosting, virtual and dedicated servers, game hosting, domain services, IT support, networking, connectivity and related managed services. Availability and specifications can vary by service.
2. Orders and service descriptions
An order is subject to acceptance and any applicable service requirements. Customers are responsible for checking the specification, price, billing period and scope shown at the time of order or quotation. Bespoke work may require a separate written scope.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, using accurate account information and notifying NRFK promptly if you believe an account or service has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
Services must not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorised access, malicious software, deliberate service disruption, infringement of third-party rights or activity that creates unreasonable risk to NRFK, other customers or infrastructure providers.
5. Charges and payment
Prices and billing periods are shown with the relevant service or quotation. Customers are responsible for paying charges when due. Some services may renew automatically where that is stated during ordering or in the client area.
6. Service availability and maintenance
NRFK aims to provide reliable services but does not promise uninterrupted availability unless a specific service commitment says otherwise. Maintenance, third-party outages, network events, security incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.
7. Hosting, servers and backups
Customers remain responsible for the applications, content and configuration they control. Where backups are included, they are an operational safeguard rather than a substitute for keeping appropriate independent copies of important data unless a specific service says otherwise.
8. Domain names
Domain registration and transfer services are subject to registry and registrar rules. Availability is not guaranteed until registration is completed, and customers are responsible for providing accurate registrant information where required.
9. IT, networking and managed services
Project and managed-service work is limited to the agreed scope. Recommendations can depend on site conditions, third-party services, equipment compatibility and information supplied by the customer.
10. Support
NRFK customer support is provided through the support desk so requests can be tracked. Response and resolution times can vary unless a specific service commitment applies.
11. Third-party products and services
Some NRFK services rely on third-party networks, software, hardware, registries, payment providers or platforms. Their terms, technical limits or availability may also affect the service.
12. Suspension or termination
NRFK may suspend or restrict a service where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, urgent maintenance or protection of infrastructure and other users. Where practical, NRFK will provide appropriate information about the reason and next steps.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, NRFK is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by customer-controlled systems or content, or failures caused by events outside reasonable control. Any service-specific liability terms will take precedence where expressly agreed.
14. Changes
Services and these general terms may change over time. Material changes will be reflected in the current published terms or relevant service information.
15. Governing law
Unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales.
16. Questions
If you have a question about an order, service or these terms, contact NRFK through the support desk.
